The certifications span the Azure platform, covering everything from landing zone design and governance to security hardening and day-to-day operations. They also cover Microsoft 365, where enterprise administration, messaging, modern desktop and security depend on each other, particularly during migrations and governance projects that need Exchange Online, Intune and Entra ID to move in step. And they cover identity and security: Entra ID, Microsoft Defender and Sentinel, from access management through Zero Trust architecture to the security groundwork that Copilot and other AI workloads need.

Other certifications

Not all security work happens inside Microsoft platforms. One of our consultants is a certified ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer with PECB, which covers planning, implementing and running an information security management system to ISO/IEC 27001. That is the framework many clients are themselves measured against when they document information security for auditors, customers and regulators.

It is the record that expired rather than the skill. The underlying knowledge usually carries into a newer certification on the active list.

Frequently asked questions

How many Microsoft certifications does inciro hold?
31 certifications are active today. They are held by Michael Mardahl, Morten Pedholt and Lasse Fletcher, and they sit at Fundamentals, Associate, Specialty and Expert level. A further 15 come from earlier certification generations and remain valid. All of it can be looked up in the consultants' public Microsoft Learn transcripts.
How can I verify a certification myself?
Each certification on this page links to the certified consultant's public Microsoft Learn transcript, where Microsoft confirms the exam, the pass date and the current validity directly. You do not need to take our word for it: open a name on the certification wall and read the transcript straight from Microsoft, with no step in between.
What do the Expert, Associate, Specialty and Fundamentals levels mean?
These are Microsoft's own labels for exam difficulty. Fundamentals tests a basic grasp of a platform, Associate and Specialty test depth in a specific role or topic, and Expert tests the ability to design and run solutions across an entire platform. The level describes the exam, not the consultant's overall experience.
Do expired or retired certifications count toward the 31?
No. The 31 active certifications are the ones valid today. Certifications that were replaced by a newer exam version, retired when Microsoft closed the exam, or not renewed sit separately on the previous certifications list with the year and reason, so the number on this page never runs ahead of what we can prove.
